AI Enablement Engineer

About the role

This is a hands‑on engineering position focused on building and operating the company’s internal AI stack. You will own the tools, skills, workflows and evaluations that let every employee get real work done with AI agents, safely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the internal AI toolkit, including agents, skills, MCP servers and system integrations.
• Create and run evaluation suites, trace failures and improve reliability of agent executions.
• Manage the underlying infrastructure – laptops, Mac minis and cloud VMs – that host the AI agents, ensuring secure access.
• Enable the whole team to use AI effectively from day one, providing guidance and automation where friction appears.

Required profile

• No minimum years of experience; focus is on problem‑solving ability and past projects.
• Strong technical foundation, typically a CS, engineering or math degree or equivalent self‑taught depth.
• Hands‑on experience coding AI agents using tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
• Builder’s mindset: break down messy problems, debug patiently and automate repetitive friction.
• Clear communicator who can explain concepts simply and support teammates new to AI.
• Fluent English for reading technical docs, writing prompts and documenting work.
