SAP MM & EWM Team Lead

About the role

Hayat is seeking a SAP MM & EWM Team Lead to head its procurement, warehouse and inventory solutions within the Global Digital Technologies team. Based at the Istanbul headquarters, the role will drive SAP‑based process improvements and support digital transformation across the FMCG group.

Key responsibilities

• Own SAP MM processes as the primary functional lead and provide functional leadership for SAP EWM.
• Lead and coordinate the SAP MM/EWM functional team, planning workload, mentoring members and handling escalations.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, testing, cut‑over, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive SAP MM and EWM projects, roll‑outs, process improvements and major change requests.
• Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end procurement, inbound, outbound, inventory and warehouse execution processes.
• Ensure integration with FI, CO, SD, PP, QM, TM and third‑party applications such as EDI, e‑Invoicing, WMS and barcode/RF solutions.
• Identify and propose AI‑supported solutions to automate manual activities and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with AMS providers and external implementation partners, providing Level‑2 support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP MM and procurement processes, with proven experience leading SAP projects or functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay, material master data, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification and inventory valuation.
• Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel to business units, warehouses and production sites.
• Valid driver’s licence; for male candidates, completed or exempted military service.
