Technical Project Manager – Data Center

About the role

TITANICOM is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale data‑center and IT‑infrastructure projects in Istanbul. The role involves full‑lifecycle management, coordination of cross‑functional teams and direct communication with Chinese‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data‑center and IT‑infrastructure projects, from planning and design through implementation, testing, commissioning and acceptance.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocation and delivery plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee on‑site deployment activities such as server and network equipment installation, structured cabling and fiber‑optic work.
• Manage scope, documentation, change control, quality assurance and project governance.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between local teams, international stakeholders and Chinese‑speaking customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management and delivery of data‑center, IT or network infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and international stakeholders.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Istanbul and travel as required.
