Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

OREDATA is looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join its Digital Transformation & IT Consulting team. You will work on web applications that support a variety of digital, operational, analytical and data‑science projects across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user‑friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP and AJAX.
• Develop server‑side components, APIs (SOAP and REST) and business logic with JavaEE, Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
• Design, create and maintain Oracle databases, writing SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
• Assist with application deployment and containerisation using WebLogic and Docker.
• Write and run unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests to ensure reliability and security.
• Monitor application performance and help optimise scalability and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging full‑stack technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong front‑end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, AJAX).
• Proficient back‑end development with JavaEE, Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Understanding of web service architectures such as SOAP and REST.
• Experience or academic knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, Docker and Git version control.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and good communication skills.
