Junior Project Manager

About the role

Eclit is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support its software and infrastructure delivery teams. You will work closely with senior Project Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Engineering Leads in planning, tracking, and delivering software and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Track timelines, task progress, and resource availability using Jira and Confluence.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, release notes, and knowledge bases.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT project coordination, software development, or project management.
• Strong interest in technology and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of project management principles and the SDLC.
