About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Marriott hotel in Ankara. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Follow entry procedures for guest rooms and enter only when the room is confirmed vacant.
• Refresh room décor such as bouquets and replace consumables.
• Collect used linens and towels and replace them with fresh ones.
• Make beds, fold towels, and clean bathrooms to Marriott standards.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and empty room service trays.
• Check that all room equipment is correctly placed and functional.
• Return furniture and accessories to their original positions.
• Dust walls and furniture, polish surfaces, and clean any stains.
• Sweep guest rooms and corridors regularly.

Required profile

• At least primary school education.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of hygiene.
