Key Account Executive – Retail Technology

About the role

We seek a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Architect a comprehensive sales strategy for the Turkish market.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure timely delivery of Vusion’s solutions according to customer needs.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
• Develop Vusion’s presence in Turkey by signing new client contracts.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions, preferably to retail customers.
• Strong ability to communicate, present and influence C‑level and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
