Key Account Manager – Health & Beauty Retail (Turkey)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international beauty company to find an experienced Key Account Manager who will drive business growth within the Health & Beauty modern retail channel across Turkey. The role focuses on expanding channel presence, strengthening strategic partnerships and delivering profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key Health & Beauty retailers across Turkey.
• Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, promotional calendars and joint business plans with key customers.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across assigned accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, listings and annual trading terms.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Ensure excellent execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare regular business reviews and present performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of Key Account Management experience within FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare or Consumer Goods.
• Proven experience managing Health & Beauty retail customers in Turkey.
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Experience with annual business planning and customer P&L management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
