About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department at the Noatum Türkiye office in Istanbul. The role focuses on driving growth within the logistics sector by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Department Director.
Expand business with current and prospective customers.
Identify new markets and business opportunities, and arrange meetings with potential clients.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers through face-to-face visits, phone calls and emails.
Collect market and customer data, conduct research and analyse sales options.
Prepare periodic reports and statistics, including details of commercial visits.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum five years of experience in the logistics sector.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valid B-type driving licence with no travel restrictions.
