Key Account Manager – Meat Industry

About the role

NovaTaste is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead its growth in the Turkish meat industry. You will act as the main liaison for customers, guiding them through product development, sample testing, and sales negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships in the meat sector.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
• Visit customers’ purchasing and R&D teams regularly.
• Present NovaTaste products and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Coordinate sample shipments, documentation, and support product approvals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and contracts, and monitor orders.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Technical, and Marketing teams.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales or business development experience in the food ingredients industry, preferably within meat or delicatessen.
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Life Sciences or a comparable field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in both Turkish and English.
• Self‑driven, structured, and results‑oriented work style.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel across Turkey.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
