Key Account Manager – NKA & LKA Channel Sales

About the role

Dr. Oetker is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the NKA & LKA channel sales in Istanbul. You will be responsible for driving growth with major retail partners, shaping joint business plans, and ensuring profitable execution of annual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full KAM process, including data analysis, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
• Negotiate and finalize annual agreements with key accounts such as Migros, Carrefour, and other major retailers.
• Develop joint business plans and promotional calendars with buyers to maximise sales and profitability.
• Monitor order flow, inventory status, and coordinate logistics with supply‑chain, marketing, and merchandising teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with field and merchandising teams, conducting weekly visits and addressing issues promptly.
• Provide accurate product forecasts and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Identify strategic opportunities, define market focus, and propose improvements for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail, with proven success managing key accounts.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross‑functional actions.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour in the FMCG sector.
