Positions range from Executive Chef to Butcher Chef, offering opportunities for chefs at various seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Support or lead daily kitchen operations, including preparation, production, service and closing procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely mise en place and maintain quality and consistency during high‑volume service.
• Uphold the restaurant’s culinary identity by controlling flavor, texture, portion size and presentation.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Participate in menu and product development appropriate to the seniority of the role.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in a kitchen environment, matching the seniority of the applied position.
• Strong technical expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques and recipe execution.
• Leadership ability for senior roles, including team organization and training.
• Commitment to discipline, teamwork and hospitality standards.
