LDC Deployment Manager - Manufacturing

About the role

The LDC Deployment Manager will lead the design, build and deployment of data‑centric processes for manufacturing, turning data and digital capabilities into strategic assets for Novartis.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for LDC implementation and adoption according to business requirements, architectural standards, performance, quality and security principles.
• Collaborate with functional GPOs, LDC pillars and architecture teams to resolve complex issues and ensure integrated solutions.
• Guide data cleansing, migration and master data dictionary creation in partnership with local data owners.
• Lead user acceptance testing, ensure solutions meet regulatory and control requirements (e.g., NFCM, GxP).
• Support cut‑over planning, hyper‑care, and country discovery activities for additional needs.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with understanding of global data models and operational pain points.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management skills to inspire change across countries and sites.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and experience working in a multinational matrix organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in country and global roles, preferably with project‑management or Lean/Six Sigma training.
