Lead Mobile App Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. Based in Turkey and working remotely, you will combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership to shape a product‑focused mobile platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define and enforce technical standards, architecture patterns, and best‑practice coding guidelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate external APIs, data sources, and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and monitor live app performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor developers and guide technical decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.
