Learning and Development Executive

About the role

The Learning and Development Executive will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training initiatives that support Tiryaki Agro’s global workforce. Reporting to the HR department, you will ensure that learning programs align with the company’s strategic goals and foster leadership and managerial capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and develop comprehensive training plans.
• Manage and monitor the training budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
• Measure training effectiveness, compile reports and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement competency‑based leadership and managerial development programs.
• Provide operational support for all HR‑driven training activities.
• Deliver orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of training processes through LMS platforms, preferably Enocta.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
