Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to shape and deliver our employee training strategy. The role will analyse learning needs, design programmes and ensure they align with the company’s strategic objectives, while continuously improving the learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse training and development needs and create an annual learning plan.
• Monitor progress of programmes, prepare reports and measure effectiveness.
• Align learning initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Manage and enhance the Learning Management System, ensuring content is up‑to‑date.
• Design, organise and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Develop new projects to strengthen employee competencies.
• Support integration of competency management and development processes.
• Drive innovative learning activities to improve employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development or competency management.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Innovative mindset with advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
