Learning & Development Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz Türk is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on a temporary basis (Oct 2026 – Jul 2027) to design and deliver impactful learning solutions for its truck and bus production sites in Turkey. The role supports the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility by building employee capabilities for today and the future.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end learning and development processes, from design to delivery.
• Conduct training needs analyses and assist in annual training planning.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Track training effectiveness, participation rates and related KPIs.
• Support digital learning projects and employee development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Proactive, organized and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using a Learning Management System, preferably Oracle HCM.
