Learning & Talent Development Executive

About the role

OLKA Sports Equipment Trade Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead learning and talent development initiatives across its extensive retail network in Turkey. The role will align development programs with business priorities, fostering a culture of continuous growth and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement the learning and talent development strategy, translating organizational priorities into scalable learning experiences.
• Design and deliver technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership programs using blended learning approaches.
• Create development journeys for high‑potential employees, including mentoring, coaching, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to enhance onboarding, capability building, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proven track record designing and implementing leadership and talent programs.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, adult learning principles and blended learning solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with talent development, mentoring, coaching, career development and succession planning.
