Learning & Talent Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Talent Development Manager to shape and lead our learning agenda across Turkey. In this senior position you will design development experiences that unlock employee potential, strengthen leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into future‑focused learning and talent solutions.
• Design, implement and evaluate enterprise‑wide learning, leadership development and talent programs.
• Lead high‑potential development, mentoring, coaching, career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise‑wide learning and leadership programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
