Legal and Compliance Executive (Outsource)

About the role

The Legal and Compliance Executive will provide expert legal guidance across competition law, data privacy, intellectual property and labor matters, ensuring the company operates within regulatory frameworks while supporting strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on competition law and assess applicable regulations for business activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as supplier, service and partnership contracts.
• Manage compliance systems, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective measures.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation management and coordinate external law firms when needed.
• Advise on data privacy, intellectual property and labor law compliance, monitoring legislative changes.

Required profile

• Legal qualification equivalent to a law degree.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent or advanced English, both written and spoken.
