Legal and Compliance Executive (Outsource)

About the role

The Legal and Compliance Executive provides expert legal guidance across competition, data privacy, intellectual property and labor law, ensuring the company meets regulatory standards while supporting strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide competition law advice, assess regulations and mitigate related commercial risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as supplier and partnership contracts.
• Manage compliance systems, conduct audits and implement corrective measures.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation management and coordinate external law firms.
• Advise on data privacy, intellectual property and labor law matters, monitoring legislative changes.

Required profile

• Legal qualification equivalent to a law degree.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
