Legal and Compliance Partner

About the role

Roche Pharma Turkey is seeking a digitally‑savvy Legal and Compliance Partner to act as a strategic advisor, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure the highest ethical standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Business Ethics policies and the Roche Code of Conduct for employees and third parties.
• Design, map and continuously improve internal legal, compliance and governance workflows, using advanced digital tools and AI to automate monitoring and risk assessment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive due‑diligence processes for third‑party partners, distributors and vendors, and continuously monitor associated risks.
• Manage corporate governance activities, including preparing General Assembly meetings, drafting Board resolutions, maintaining corporate records and handling official filings.
• Create and run internal compliance audit plans, manage investigations, and document Business Ethics Incidents.
• Draft, review and amend commercial agreements, applying digital contract‑management practices.
• Oversee the litigation portfolio, coordinate with external counsel and devise strategies to mitigate legal risks.

Required profile

• Legal or compliance professional with strong commercial focus.
• Experience in corporate governance, risk management and due‑diligence processes.
• Proven ability to work with digital tools and AI‑driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
