About the role

Volkswagen Doğuş Finans (vdf) is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role focuses on providing legal services across all group companies, with a strong emphasis on supporting business units and management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and interpret contracts covering the full range of the company’s activities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for contractual risks.
• Create internal templates, guidelines and toolkits for various business and legal issues.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistent and effective contract management.
• Support business units by providing legal advice on operational matters.

Required profile

• Law degree with relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within the automotive financing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
