Linux Platform & Observability Team Lead

About the role

Eclit is seeking a technical leader to head the Linux Platform & Observability team, ensuring reliable, scalable, and sustainable operations of its Linux infrastructure and monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, driving performance, security, high availability, and operational continuity.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
• Implement automation with Ansible and Bash/Shell scripting to reduce operational workload.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and permanent improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Linux platform, systems administration, or infrastructure operations experience, including at least 2 years of people management.
• Proven ability to build high‑performing engineering teams and foster a strong technical culture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• Enterprise‑scale Linux platforms (HA, performance, security, capacity planning).
• Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
• Bash/Shell scripting.
• Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, VictoriaMetrics/Thanos.
• Virtualization and container technologies: KVM, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI‑powered operations (OpenAI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AIOps).
