Logistics Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to support and optimise our logistics, slitting and third‑party activities. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontracting operations, including slitting and die‑cut processes with external service providers.
• Oversee subcontractor stock management and conduct periodic stock‑take activities.
• Coordinate export, customs, procurement and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
• Handle 3rd‑party procurement processes and ensure timely order follow‑up.
• Plan transportation, manage customs coordination and documentation for export logistics.
• Perform daily operational transaction processing and follow‑up in SAP.
• Support demand planning and inventory management by monitoring stock availability and supply risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, customs or transportation operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
