Logistics Section Manager

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Logistics Section Manager in Bursa to lead the end-to-end planning of an assigned value stream, ensuring superior customer delivery performance while balancing inventory, capacity and operational efficiency. You will manage and develop teams covering Demand Planning, Production Planning and Material Planning, and act as a key business partner across Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop planners across Demand, Production and Material Planning, building a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
• Develop planning capabilities and support talent and succession planning.
• Translate customer demand into feasible and reliable supply plans, driving forecast quality, demand transparency and planning stability.
• Balance demand, capacity, materials, inventory and customer requirements, and manage supply risks, shortages, bottlenecks and recovery actions.
• Optimize planning parameters, inventory levels and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand, Production or Material Planning.
• Proven manufacturing experience and team leadership, with a strong track record of operational improvement and business results.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Required skills

• Demand, Production and Material Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, Capacity Planning and S&OP / Integrated Business Planning.
• Advanced SAP knowledge; Power BI and data analytics experience is an advantage.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication and influencing skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to manage pressure and complex stakeholders.
