Logistics Specialist - Foreign Trade & Logistics

About the role

Arçelik-LG, which develops air conditioning solutions combining technology, sustainability and innovation, is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join its Foreign Trade & Logistics Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise end-to-end outbound shipments by sea, air and land.
• Create weekly import plans with the Finance and Planning teams, taking requirements and constraints into account.
• Define shipping line allocation based on freight tender outcomes and monitor execution against the strategy.
• Coordinate internal transport, follow up on vehicle requests and arrivals, and report carrier performance.
• Optimise truck and container utilisation to cut logistics costs and report the savings.
• Analyse logistics costs, report to senior management and identify improvement opportunities linked to KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and logistics and foreign trade processes.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis.
