Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes for both sales and purchase activities. The role ensures smooth coordination with carriers, forwarders, customs and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor logistics plans for sales and purchase orders using SAP.
• Generate customer order forms and follow each order through to delivery.
• Select appropriate freight options based on cost and performance criteria.
• Coordinate with ports, terminals, customs, warehouses and forwarders.
• Prepare and dispatch all required shipping and customs documentation.
• Organise loading operations and keep customers informed from dispatch to receipt.
• Plan payments and transportation according to purchasing conditions.
• Maintain orderly and accurate archiving of all logistics files.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with container lines, hauliers, forwarders and agents.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
• Open to teamwork, self‑development and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for logistics processes.
