Logistics Specialist – Last Mile Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to support its fast‑growing Last Mile network. You will work with cross‑functional partners to launch critical projects, ensure high‑quality order fulfillment, and continuously improve logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of critical last‑mile projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Guarantee that customer orders are fulfilled according to Amazon’s quality and safety standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and work with partners to resolve them quickly.
• Analyze logistics data to drive innovation, process optimisation and supply‑chain problem solving.
• Support, monitor and resolve operational call‑outs to minimise business risk while maintaining Amazon’s quality bar.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites or partners simultaneously.
