About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Staff member to join our warehouse team and ensure smooth outbound and inbound operations. The role involves handling shipments, preparing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Process orders using handheld terminals and barcode systems.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and attachment of analysis certificates.
• Organize and package goods to guarantee safe delivery.
• Handle goods receiving and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• High School diploma (Technical School preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with handheld terminals.
• Proficiency in barcode systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
