Machining Operator – Wire EDM & CNC Milling

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join the Machining Department of Dauch’s Production function. The role involves operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines, preparing CAM programs, and ensuring high‑quality manufacturing output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Wire EDM and CNC milling machines using NX CAM software.
• Prepare CAM programs and set up workpiece clamping operations.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of Wire EDM and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guide production.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
• Residence on, or willingness to relocate to, the European side of Istanbul.
• For male candidates, no military service obligation.

Required skills

• Wire EDM operation.
• CNC milling operation.
• Proficiency with NX CAM software and CAM programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Use of measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Knowledge of mold manufacturing processes.
