Mako Product Specialist Team Lead – Eastern Turkey

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Mako Product Specialist Team Lead to drive adoption of our MAKO robotic orthopaedic solutions across Eastern Turkey. This field‑based position combines clinical expertise with commercial impact, supporting surgeons and hospitals while leading a regional specialist team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Eastern Turkey MPS team, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth.
• Manage key MAKO accounts, delivering premium service and building long‑term partnerships.
• Attend surgical procedures to assess performance, identify opportunities and support execution.
• Define and implement regional strategies to maximise market potential and increase MAKO utilisation.
• Execute sales plans, growing procedure volume with existing and new surgeons.
• Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with commercial and field service teams to resolve customer needs.
• Conduct regular visits with surgeons and hospital management to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience coordinating teams or leading projects in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong customer focus with proven ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with a valid driver’s licence.
