About the role

The company seeks a strategic finance leader to shape and execute its financial strategy, supporting the CEO and executive team in driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and capital allocation.
• Oversee IFRS‑compliant financial reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual closes and external audits.
• Manage treasury functions, cash‑flow planning, liquidity and financial risk mitigation.
• Design and strengthen internal control systems and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven track record as Finance Director, CFO or equivalent, preferably with automotive exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, cost accounting and treasury management.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
