Management Accounting Director

About the role

ING Türkiye seeks an experienced finance leader to head Management Accounting, driving strategic performance management, budgeting, forecasting and efficiency initiatives across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ING’s strategy into financial performance frameworks and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor bank‑wide performance, analyze KPIs such as P&L, NIM, fee income, efficiency ratio and risk metrics, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead profitability reporting, variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management and the Board.
• Partner with business lines to develop financial business cases, support investment decisions and embed strategic decisions into short‑ and long‑term plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, financial planning, analysis or reporting, preferably in banking.
• Proven track record leading strategic finance functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.

• Financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS reporting principles and management accounting methodologies.
• Profitability measurement frameworks and cost‑management techniques.
