Market Manager – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

HBX Group is seeking a Market Manager to lead B2B travel‑tech sales for its portfolio of long‑tail hotels in Turkey. Working remotely, you will drive digital supplier adoption, increase revenue, and enhance the competitiveness of our hotel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the digital supplier model and convert long‑tail hotels into core suppliers.
• Maintain and grow the share of long‑tail suppliers within your portfolio of 500‑1500 accounts.
• Acquire new hotels digitally and recover existing ones while reducing cost‑to‑serve.
• Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per week to optimise marketing campaigns and boost total transaction value.
• Update all supplier interactions in Salesforce CRM (calls, tasks, opportunities).
• Participate in regular team reviews on revenue and campaign performance.
• Support hotels in using the HBX platform, aiming for self‑service.
