Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi‑hailing app, is seeking a sharp, agile Marketing Communications Specialist to join its marketing team. You will help execute 360° campaigns, coordinate social media, PR, and production workflows, and bring marketing initiatives to life with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.
• Act as the daily contact point for creative, media buying, PR, and production agencies, providing clear briefs.
• Manage social media dynamics, content creation, and maintain bitaksi’s brand voice.
• Coordinate PR activities, media relations, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship projects.
• Track day‑to‑day marketing activities, campaign assets, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Performance teams.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI tools), and competitor activities.
• Oversee creative and video production workflows with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing communications, brand management, or campaign marketing, preferably in tech or mobile apps.
• Experience managing 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, influencer).
• Proven ability to work with creative, media, and PR agencies, handling briefs and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and event/sponsorship activities.
• Practical experience using AI tools in creative/marketing processes.
