Marketing Content Manager – Digital Channels

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑adept Marketing Content Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our digital presence. You will create, configure, and optimise high‑performance landing pages and web content across international markets, ensuring a seamless user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy across multiple online channels.
• Manage and grow international social‑media accounts.
• Create, coordinate and maintain content for websites and social platforms.
• Design, publish and optimise landing pages, text, images and optional video within the FirstSpirit CMS.
• Ensure editorial consistency with corporate design and brand voice.
• Perform SEO and performance optimisation for all web assets.
• Integrate forms, tracking scripts and personalisation logic to support lead generation.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, media, marketing or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably focused on content creation.
• Experience with online editing or content management systems.
• Strong command of English (C1/C2); additional language skills are a major advantage.
• Structured, independent and detail‑oriented working style.
