Marketing Creative Manager

About the role

Unico Studio is seeking a Marketing Creative Manager to lead and scale its performance‑creative pipeline for global user‑acquisition campaigns. You will turn data and player insights into compelling video, visual, and playable ad concepts that drive millions of downloads worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for video ads, visual assets, and playable ads across UA campaigns.
• Collaborate with the UA team to evaluate performance on Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and other platforms.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to identify winning concepts and optimization opportunities.
• Translate campaign data and player insights into testable creative hypotheses and new variations.
• Monitor creative performance, decide when to iterate, scale, or replace assets.
• Plan and run A/B tests on hooks, gameplay scenarios, messaging, visual styles, and calls‑to‑action.
• Prepare data‑driven briefs and work with motion designers, video editors, playable developers, and 2D/3D artists.
• Research competitor strategies, advertising trends, and emerging creative formats.

Required profile

• Strong interest in user acquisition, performance marketing, creative strategy, and mobile gaming.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with campaign data and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and turn findings into actionable creative ideas.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
