Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth of the Bolçi brand and build a high‑performing marketing organisation. The role will own brand management, consumer insights, new product development, packaging direction and all marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term brand and marketing strategies.
• Analyse consumer, market and competitor trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead new product ideation, positioning, pricing and go‑to‑market planning.
• Guide packaging design and visual communication in line with brand identity.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Sales and other functions throughout product development.
• Define and manage brand communication across advertising, digital, social media, PR and other channels.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners.
• Oversee the marketing budget and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Support Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive commercial results.
• Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness, consumer preference and market share.
• Build and continuously improve the marketing function, processes and organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, brand management or product management.
• Experience in the food, FMCG, chocolate or confectionery industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in brand management and new product development.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret consumer and market trends.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Creative, entrepreneurial, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
