Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager you will lead marketing activity for a retail organisation and help strengthen brand visibility across relevant channels. You will shape clear campaigns that support commercial goals and connect the business with its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans that support brand awareness and commercial priorities.
• Plan integrated campaigns across relevant marketing channels to reach target customer groups.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content needs and channel activity to ensure consistent delivery.
• Work with agency partners and internal marketing stakeholders on campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign results and customer response to improve future marketing activity.
• Manage marketing budgets and track spending against approved plans.
• Prepare clear marketing updates that help stakeholders understand campaign progress and outcomes.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and customer communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and customer‑focused communications.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Confidence in managing marketing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
