Marketing Manager

About the role

Cerebrovita, a science-based dietary supplement brand focused on cognitive health, is looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow the brand. This is a hands-on, on-site role in Maslak, Istanbul, for someone who can think strategically, spot marketing opportunities, run effective campaigns and coordinate external agencies to turn plans into results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans and campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
• Identify opportunities to increase product sales and attract new customers.
• Plan product launches, events and professional gatherings to support brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate external agencies for digital advertising, SEO and content.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer feedback to find opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing activities and use insights to improve results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related field.
• Good understanding of branding, campaign planning and digital marketing.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with external agencies.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution.
• Interest in e-commerce, conversion and customer growth; experience in D2C, consumer health, wellness or similar businesses preferred.

Required skills

• Nice to have: familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or AI-powered marketing tools.
• Nice to have: experience with Shopify, ikas or similar platforms, CRM, email marketing, CRO or marketplaces.
