Marketing Manager

About the role

Viatris, a global healthcare company supplying medicines to about 1 billion patients each year, is looking for a Marketing Manager. The role drives the development, launch and life-cycle management of brands, using market analysis, strategic and operational planning, cross-functional collaboration and financial analysis to ensure the success of the responsible portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and disease-area strategies aligned with global and regional strategies, adapted to local markets
• Organize market research and gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Lead local teams to create, implement and improve brand and launch plans
• Support brand planning, performance management, market sizing and forecasting, and test and learn experiments
• Monitor business performance and the external environment and take corrective action
• Work with KOLs and external stakeholders to improve the patient journey
• Lead brand sales forecasts and demand and supply planning
• Oversee tactical plans, promotions and materials in line with local regulations, internal SOPs and the code of conduct
• Manage the brand budget and A&P budgets, and optimize the marketing mix
• Coach the sales force on disease, brand and strategy knowledge and support them in the field
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and ethical standards

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles
• Pharma, medical devices or similar life sciences experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, economics, engineering or a social science
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization and deliver quick wins as well as long-term roadmaps
