Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist at the start of their career to support and execute marketing activities for Innovance and its subsidiaries. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who enjoys coordination, content creation, and working in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube).
• Create and adapt content in Turkish and English (text, visual, basic video).
• Coordinate corporate events, internal initiatives and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
• Track and report marketing activities and social media performance.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content planning and brand communication.
• Work closely with design, UX/UI and business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) and confident in Turkish.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model from the Istanbul Maslak office.

Required skills

• Experience managing corporate social media channels.
• Ability to create and adapt text, visual and basic video content.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
