Freelance Digital Specialist – E‑Mail Marketing

About the role

NMQ Digital is looking for a freelance Digital Specialist focused on e‑mail marketing to support global brands. The role is full‑time on a contract basis through the end of the year, working CET hours. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, execute, and analyse e‑mail campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver e‑mail newsletters using various software platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct regular quality checks on website data, and produce detailed reports.
• Coordinate with clients on planning, editing, and publishing content, acting as the primary point of contact for projects.
• Activate complex marketing automation campaigns and manage segment and lead data.
• Guide junior team members, manage their time, and ensure adherence to security policies.

Required profile

• Vocational or BA/BS level education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in digital services, especially e‑mail marketing.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong results orientation and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS for e‑mail template development.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – a strong plus.
• Proficiency with digital campaign tools and project execution.
• Competence in MS Office and web browsers for reporting and analysis.
