About the role
NMQ Digital is looking for a freelance Senior Digital Specialist focused on Email Marketing to support global brands. The role is full‑time on a contract basis through the end of the year, working within CET hours.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate mid‑sized, agile projects and act as the first point of contact for multi‑national teams.
- Create and launch email newsletters, build automations/flows, and monitor campaign quality.
- Gather client inputs, configure email marketing platforms, and produce performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and propose improvement plans.
- Mentor junior team members and manage task delegation.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital services and email marketing.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Result‑oriented with analytical and decision‑making skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Digital marketing platforms (at least two).
- Marketing automation and campaign reporting tools.
