Marketing Specialist

About the role

Doktar Technologies is seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen its global digital presence. The role focuses on content marketing and SEO, overseeing the website, blog, social media, newsletters and other digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing and SEO strategy aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the multilingual website and blog, including planning, creation, publishing, updating and optimisation.
• Create high‑quality content for website, blog, social media, newsletters, case studies, presentations and corporate communications.
• Manage B2B social media presence on LinkedIn, handling content planning, publishing, community management and growth initiatives.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, content‑gap and search‑intent analysis; optimise content for SEO/AEO and coordinate technical improvements with relevant teams and agencies.
• Monitor and report on website, organic search, social media, newsletter and campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, digital marketing or marketing communications.
• Proven ability to create and optimise content across websites, blogs, social media and newsletters.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced written and spoken English at a native‑like level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Google Trends.
• Experience using Looker Studio for performance reporting and dashboard creation.
