Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing

About the role

Peak's products reach hundreds of millions of users, and its Marketing Team drives the strategies behind that scale. As a Marketing Specialist you will manage campaigns, sharpen your analytical skills and turn data into decisions, while working with Marketing Artists to turn data-backed insights into creative ad concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run end-to-end performance marketing strategies to boost player acquisition, engagement and monetization across mobile games
• Run, scale and optimize user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs and video ad networks
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends and competitor insights to make data-backed decisions
• Run continuous A/B tests across channels and targeting strategies
• Build relationships with key external partners and work with Marketing Artists on creative ad concepts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics
• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in mobile gaming
• Growth mindset and comfort working with data
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of gaming trends and user culture
