Marketing Specialist – Pharmaceutical Head Office

About the role

A well-established corporate company in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its head office. The role covers 360-degree marketing and brand management, from planning and execution to measuring results and coordinating with agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to 360-degree marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, and ensure their execution and follow-up
• Plan and manage marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
• Develop and run marketing and communication initiatives in line with brand strategy and positioning
• Turn marketing plans into actionable initiatives and timelines, with effective follow-up
• Manage relationships and projects with marketing and communication agencies and other external partners
• Coordinate content and campaigns across social media and digital channels
• Define KPIs, measure, analyse and report on marketing performance, and develop improvements based on data
• Plan and coordinate fairs, events and related activities for effective brand representation
• Deliver marketing projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-4 years of marketing experience in a large-scale corporate organization preferred
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, planning, organisation, prioritisation and follow-up skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities at once
• Good command of written and spoken English

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset
• Data-driven, results-oriented approach
