Massage Therapist / Masseuse

About the role

The Massage Therapist/Masseuse will deliver professional body and facial treatments, massages and related spa services to guests at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center. The role ensures high standards of hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction in line with Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on spa treatments, wellness packages and the service menu.
• Welcome guests, manage reservations, process billing and maintain detailed records of spa services and retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa area and assist in other operational tasks as needed.
• Attend required Hilton training sessions and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedural manuals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
