Mechanical Design Specialist

About the role

Ufuk Kontrol Araçları is seeking a Mechanical Design Specialist to join its growing team. You will work on the design and development of gauges, control fixtures, inspection fixtures, and special measurement systems for defence, aerospace, automotive and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer drawings, technical specifications and project documentation to assess requirements.
• Support the design, detailing and revision of gauges, fixtures and measurement systems using SolidWorks.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings and related documentation.
• Analyze measurement results, inspection records and quality control reports.
• Upload quality documents to customer portals and monitor approval processes.
• Communicate technical matters with domestic and international customers and coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality and project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or related field (or equivalent associate degree).
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to understand, evaluate and follow up on technical requests from customers.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented, eager to learn and open to continuous development.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (design and detailing).
• Microsoft Office applications.
